Am I Still a Runner? Body Image, Gaining Weight, and Finding Happiness

Bin ich immer noch eine Läuferin? Body Image, Gewichtszunahme und glücklich werden

Diesen Beitrag wollte ich schon lange schreiben und nun habe ich endlich den Mut, es auch zu tun. Ich möchte das neue Jahr 2020 damit starten, die Karten offen auf den Tisch zu legen, und hoffe, damit vielleicht auch anderen helfen zu können.
